Jacqueline’s work has bridged mediums, worlds and realms—

from activism magazines, film scripts, documentaries, spiritual podcasts, to thought-leader keynotes and brand storytelling.

New York–born and now based between Miami and Italy, Jacqueline Romano is an award-winning storyteller, filmmaker, and narrative strategist whose work explores identity, transformation, spirituality, grief, resilience, and the emotional truths that connect us.

Her storytelling spans nearly two decades and more than 30 countries, from activism magazines and documentary filmmaking to brand storytelling, keynote development, film scripts, and intimate conversations with visionary leaders, artists, and founders.

Beginning her career in visual storytelling, Jacqueline was commissioned in her early twenties by cultural icons including Beyoncé, Adriana Lima, and Barbra Streisand for her distinctive photographic eye while simultaneously developing branding and creative direction for HBO-backed production companies.

At 27, she transformed a social justice-focused print magazine into a globally recognized digital platform and developed a documentary short series amplified by Viola Davis that later inspired an Oprah-backed business deal.

As the founder of RomoPro, Jacqueline produced impact-driven documentary campaigns highlighting the work of bold leaders and organizations advocating for marginalized communities. Her work has been recognized by Social Impact Media Awards, received the DeJunious Hughes Award for Activism, and moved audiences ranging from grassroots communities to Disney executives.

Today, Jacqueline works with artists, filmmakers, founders, and visionary leaders to uncover the emotional core of their message and shape stories that resonate deeply with the audiences they are truly meant to reach. Her narrative direction has helped clients refine their positioning, attract aligned opportunities, and expand the impact of their work through storytelling that feels both emotionally honest and strategically clear.

In addition to her consulting and directing work, she is currently developing a spiritually themed documentary and a narrative feature inspired by her ancestral lineage.

Ways to Work with Jacqueline

Narrative & Creative Direction Intensive

For creators, founders, artists, and visionaries who have something meaningful to say but need help finding the clearest, most resonant way to express it.

This can look  like shaping a documentary narrative, refining a screenplay or keynote, clarifying the story and visibility strategy for a personal brand, or developing the emotional architecture behind a creative project. Sometimes it means using energetic and intuitive practices to reconnect to the original pulse behind their work after burnout, overthinking, or years of staying inside a role that no longer fits.

Jacqueline's process blends story development and strategy, intuitive insight, and high-level creative direction. This is not about forcing people into formulas. This is an excavation of the story(ies) and work that feels most alive, then building the structure that allows it to land.

The goal is never to sound like everyone else.
It’s to sound unmistakably like you
